Minimum stay of 2 weeks during December & January.
Minimum stay of 1 week for the rest of the year.

Deposit Policy:

• 50% Deposit in advance to secure booking and the other 50%  2 months before arrival date.
• 100% Deposit when the time frame is 2 months or shorter.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation 1 month before the occupying date:  NO refund.
• Cancellation 2 months before the occupying date:  50% refund.
• Cancellation 3 months before the occupying date:  100% refund

In the event of premature or delayed arrival, the full amount of the original reservation will be charged.

NO children under the age of 12 years.
NO pets.
NO smoking indoors.
